Terms of service

These terms explain how you can use myformula and how subscriptions work.

Service description

myformula provides ingredient-based hair product recommendations and related profile tools.

Account

You are responsible for access to the email address used for magic-link sign in.

Subscription billing

Paid supporter features are billed through Stripe. Annual plans renew until cancelled. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase where offered.

Cancellation

You can cancel an annual subscription from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior payments.

Refunds

First purchases have a firm 14-day refund window. Later renewals and repeat purchases are not refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, scrape it at scale, attack the API, or use it to make misleading commercial claims.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
